Cut it into bits, throw into a very hot pot. Stir for one hour, or until mushy. Add maize flour and mix until stiff, enjoy!)
MMMMM! That stuff looks great!? When you return to the states, both of you really need to get tested for parasites such as worms, protozoa, ova, etc. Sounds as if giving a stool specimen won't be a problem....Ha!
